What I did this summer?

This summer I met Arda Saatçi through social media, he is a very famous runner, and I had previously met David Googins who runs similar distances,
but this man did something surprising which was to participate in the Cyborg Season '25 and complete it.

The Cyborg Season '25 is a competition that is based on run the entire length of Japan, about 3,000 km! as part of an extreme ultramarathon that challenges physical and mental limits, all of this recorded and published, completing 42 marathons in 25 days, his story motivated me to run 615 kilometers in the span of 60 days, something that I documented day by day on my social networks and completed in 43 days.
Here is my instagram count where I posted my rans.
For most of my summer, I was running, working, and training in soccer.
The way that organized my day was:
- The days would start at 5 am, since I used to leave for work early, before leaving I would stretch for thirty minutes.
- The time I had lunch varied a little, but around 12 or 1 I would eat my lunch and continue working.
- I would get home around 5 or 4 in the afternoon and go out for a 15-kilometer run every day.
- When I returned from running, I would stretch and take cold water baths for muscle recovery.
- Around 8 or 7 o'clock in the evening, I decided to have a protein shake and eat my dinner.
- And then it depended, since I could spend time with my family, make calls with friends, or play some games.
- I always tried to go to sleep around 9 at night to have all the correct recovery sleep hours.
- I practiced soccer every weekend for hours, from 4 in the afternoon until 9 at night, always going to two specific places, one is the field at Seymour High School and the other is a park that has a small lake next to the field.
